All of our homes have been challenged to participate in House Bingo throughout April. The game encourages good nutrition, fun activities, art projects, and healthy habits. Use our chart or make up your own. Some homes have given every day of the week a theme for dressing up such as PJ Day and All Red Day.
Many are discovering that they enjoy planning and creating their meals. Consider sharing a favorite recipe with a friend or start at recipe exchange.
Getting outside when the weather is nice is important for everyone. Sunlight provides us with vitamin D which is good for our mood and boosts our respiratory systems.
Now is a great time to dust off that instrument that's been in the closet too many years or even try your hand at a new one.

Charles Dickens published his novels through monthly and weekly periodicals. Now, Mitch Albom (Tuesdays With Morrie) has created his first installment of a novella based on our current COVID-19 life. It is an uplifting story about life on one small town corner during the whole pandemic called, Human Touch. He plans to put out a new installment weekly. Download Part One here.
